Moving according to your natural rhythms relaxes your body and energizes your whole system. Regular, gentle exercise decreases stress, lowers blood pressure, and cultivates strength and balance. If you don’t have a practice yet, explore Yoga, Qi Gong, or Tai Chi to stretch and tone your muscles and create balance. Include at least 20 minutes lively dancing or brisk walking to encourage weight loss. After you discover your preferences, I help you create a movement routine you can follow comfortably and consistently.
